Lee is a founding partner of Hunter Bond with extensive experience delivering recruitment solutions to startup, SME and leading global financial institutions.

Benefiting from a successful career has enabled him to gain considerable knowledge of his specialised market and his expertise and connections have been invaluable in completing numerous complex and niche mandates.

In his previous company (part of a global FTSE 250 brand) he earned annual recognition for his individual and managerial success. Including UK top sales consultant for 3 consecutive years from circa 600 people.

Lee holds an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of London and a BA in Geography from the University of Birmingham.

In his spare time he is a keen runner, football fan and enjoys spending time with his children.
